Christmas Lights

You know those people who cover their entire homes in Christmas lights? I worry about them. Surely it can't be good for anyone to live inside that much electro-magnetic radiation. I wonder if any studies have been done...

Oprah & the Kindle...

So I'm watching Oprah spruiking the Kindle and all I can think is, 'Bloody hell, I want one!' Actually seeing one in the flesh (so to speak) has really got me interested. I always thought it had potential for students and academics...but now I can see why a general reader might find it useful. I can just imagine being on a long flight and having your complete library to hand...

Now, if only it were available in Australia...
